2. Pitch an Original Story

ReviewsInn welcomes submissions and pitches from writers and journalists worldwide. Here are the details:

  • What We Don’t Accept:
    • Fiction
    • Deeply investigative features (not considering these at the moment)

    • Essays and columns typically range from 2,000 to 6,000 words.

  • Personal Essays:
    • Submit personal essays on spec.
    • We’re interested in smart, unexpected angles and compelling voices across various topics.
    • Our personal essay rate is $500.
  • Researched and Reported Essays:
    • Pitch your researched and reported essays.
    • Rates start at $500, with fees adjusted based on research requirements and total word count.
    • All essays and columns, including personal essays, undergo fact-checking as necessary.
